Is the trial a fourth product SKU?

No. Trial is free product access for evaluation. Contract SKUs remain: Copilot Readiness Pack, Trust Brief (6 weeks), and Bank pilot (custom SOW).

Does sandbox touch production mailboxes?

No. Default sandbox uses mock M365 metadata connectors. Production tenant wiring is part of paid Copilot Readiness scope after intake.

How does this relate to Google-style agent UIs?
