Recorded demonstration · First-party
A complete run, end to end
One real governed run on Noetfield's own system, from authorized goal to receipt. Every value below comes from the published evidence bundle of Case Study #2; nothing is invented, and the limits are stated at the end.
1 · Authorized goal
Restore the public Trust Ledger workspace entry path, which a founder-classified critical regression (INCIDENT-2026-07-06-001) had left serving a static mock instead of the live application.
2 · Authority envelope
Founder-closed incident corrective actions (2026-07-07). Alternatives considered on record: RETAIN, WRAP, REPLACE. Decision: WRAP, decided 2026-07-06. Acceptance criteria: the workspace path must pass the independent live gates recorded in the evidence manifest.
3 · Plan and execution
Wrap the public /workspace path so it proxies the live governance-console application behind independent live gates, replacing the static mock without breaking the buyer path. Execution was bounded to this scope; no change outside the wrapped path was part of the decision.
4 · Exact candidate and digest
The candidate is bound to exact git commits: repository bcd94e454eb8caa3be8775c0695986afa5bfd48d, runtime API d8bb0e16194ef65acb8d356acbf143d539ff3145, captured 2026-07-14T00:55:54Z.
5 · Verifier failure, bounded repair, separate pass
Initial verification of the workspace path failed against the live gates. A bounded repair was applied, and an independent re-check (including the live-sandbox verification check recorded in the evidence manifest) passed. The verifier is distinct from the worker that produced the change.
6 · Human promotion and deliverable
The founder promoted the result as part of the closed incident corrective actions. Deliverable: the live wrapped /workspace path in production, with the change recorded.
7 · Receipt
The machine-readable evidence bundle is public: run id, exact commit digests, capability register, lifecycle with evidence tiers, and the recorded checks. Open the bundle (JSON) · Read the case study
What this proves
That the governed path runs end to end on real work for its first operator: authorized goal, exact-candidate binding, failed verification caught, bounded repair, independent re-check, human promotion, and a preserved receipt.
Does not prove
External customer deployment, revenue, universal correctness, certification, or performance at third parties. This is a first-party internal demonstration, and a receipt is not certification.
