Reusable, client-ready AI governance: deliver it across engagements.
Built for agencies, advisors, and boutique consultancies that need a repeatable AI governance pattern with credible language, evidence-oriented checklists, and templates that can be adapted per client — while staying compatible with the board-level Trust Brief / Trust Ledger track.
AI Governance & Trust Playbook (Agency / Pro)
A reusable governance kit you can deploy across multiple client engagements: intake → scope → guardrails → tool due diligence → incident pattern → client-ready brief.
Use the same playbook across clients while adapting language and evidence requests to each context.
Templates designed to survive procurement/security questionnaires and reduce back-and-forth.
Note: This product is a governance template kit and operational pattern. It is not legal advice. For regulated contexts, review with counsel or internal risk/compliance.
Deliverables (Agency / Pro)
Delivered as a structured document (PDF + editable formats) plus templates you can adapt across clients.
- 0–90 day implementation pattern (delivery-oriented sequencing + checkpoints).
- Client engagement intake (AI use-case intake + risk prompts + approval/escalation triggers).
- Vendor/tool due diligence kit (evidence requests + scoring rubric + pass/fail gates).
- Data & privacy guardrails (tool usage rules + “what cannot be shared” defaults).
- Incident & escalation pattern (roles, severity levels, and response steps).
- Client-ready AI governance brief (1–2 pages, non-technical, board/procurement compatible).
- Starter registers (tool register + risk register v1 + controls-to-evidence map).
- Reusable language pack (proposal + SoW phrasing + questionnaire-ready answers).
Standard vs Agency / Pro
If the buyer is an internal team (single org), use Standard. If delivering governance across client engagements, use Agency / Pro.
Agency / Pro — permitted use (high-level)
- Permitted: reuse across multiple client engagements by the same agency/advisor entity.
- Permitted: adapting templates per client (while keeping the underlying structure).
- Not permitted: reselling the raw templates as a standalone product or “template store”.
- Not permitted: sublicensing to other agencies/partners without written permission.
- Enterprise addendum: if a client requires custom terms, route via Contact.
If you want stricter/clearer caps (e.g., “up to X client organizations per year”), add that line here. Otherwise keep it simple as above.
How purchase & delivery works
- Choose a payment method (Stripe / PayPal / invoice / other).
- On confirmation, delivery instructions + files are issued via email.
- If procurement needs invoicing, select “Invoice” and include PO/billing info.
Optional (recommended): add a short Terms/License page and a Refund Policy page and link them below for purchase readiness.
FAQ
Minimum “legal/commerce” pages to add (recommended)
- Terms of Sale / License Terms (digital goods + license scope).
- Refund Policy (clear rules for digital delivery).
- Privacy Policy (if you collect emails/forms).
- Contact / Business info (entity + country).
This is not legal advice—just the standard storefront hygiene that reduces payment disputes and improves conversion.
