2) What we collect

We collect data you provide, plus minimal technical telemetry needed for basic site operation.

  • Form submissions: information you enter into a form (e.g., name, email, role, organization, notes, links).
  • Request IDs: some flows generate a request_id used to track an intake across pages (for example: /status/?rid=... or /thanks/?rid=...).
  • Basic technical data: standard web server logs (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested path) for security and reliability.
  • Local storage: the site may store non-sensitive keys in your browser (e.g., last rid, lane/track) to improve continuity.
Do not submit confidential information. Forms are designed for links and summaries only, not uploads of sensitive documents or credentials.
3) How we use information

We use your information to route, respond, and improve site reliability.

  • Routing: categorize by track/lane (e.g., Gate vs Partners; integration vs delivery) and prioritize follow-up.
  • Response: reply to your inquiry, request clarifications, or schedule next steps.
  • Quality: identify broken links, form failures, or UX issues.
  • Security: protect the site against abuse and spam.
4) Sharing and service providers

We may share data with service providers that help operate the site (for example: form processing, email delivery, analytics if enabled). Providers process data on our behalf to deliver the requested function.

  • Form processing: a provider configured in the form’s action URL receives submissions.
  • Email delivery: if enabled, submissions may be forwarded to designated inboxes for response.
No selling of personal data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5) Cookies and local storage

We may use cookies or local storage for basic functionality (navigation state, routing continuity, request ID continuity). You can clear storage in your browser settings; some flows may become less convenient.

  • Functional: remember an rid or track so you can continue an intake.
  • Security: basic anti-spam measures (where enabled).
6) Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer retention is required for compliance, dispute resolution, or security investigation.

7) Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted personal information, subject to legal and operational limits. Use the contact page and include the relevant request_id if available.

Tip: If you submitted an intake, include your Request ID so we can locate it quickly. Use /contact/.
8) Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; please avoid sending sensitive information through web forms.

  • Minimized collection and purpose-limited usage.
  • Anti-spam measures may be added over time.
  • Operational access limited to what is needed to respond and route.
9) Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in site functionality. The effective date will be updated on this page.
