AI WORKFLOWS + AGENT EXECUTION ASSURANCE
Give Noetfield a goal.
It runs the work, verifies the exact result, and lets you decide what gets accepted.
Build and run AI workflows across models, agents, and tools with separate verification, bounded repair, human-controlled promotion, and replayable evidence.
01 · What you can do now
Real entry points, labeled by maturity.
Everything below is reachable today. Live means live; alpha means live and founder-operated; planned stays named planned.
Open a project and state a goal
The Noetfield app takes a scoped request and structures it into planned, executed, checked work. Live as a founder-operated alpha.
Run a governed software change
Bounded change with separate-verifier acceptance, repair limits, and a documented safe stop when acceptance criteria are not met.
Produce a vendor Decision Brief
A governed path from intent and evidence to a decision artifact with explicit authority and receipt boundaries.
Call structured completions
Schema-valid-or-fail completions under deterministic controls, with workspace-scoped keys and billing during evaluation.
Run the synthetic Case Desk
TrustField's public FINTRAC case-operations demonstration on synthetic data, with the human FILE / NO-FILE / ESCALATE decision preserved.
Inspect receipts and evidence
The public evidence register: what each item proves, what it does not prove, and the artifacts behind it.
Test a control
We build cases designed to defeat your controls and report how many got through.
02 · Product walkthrough
From a stated goal to shipped, evidenced work.
Capable AI is not the same as accountable execution. Step through what happens to a request inside Noetfield. At every step there is a control, and a defined behavior when the step fails.
State a goal
Work starts from a scoped request, not an open prompt. Who asked, what outcome qualifies, and which workflow class applies is recorded before any worker runs.
03 · The app
The actual interface, not a concept render.
Every screenshot below is the real product. The first frame is the public flow at app.noetfield.com. The rest are inside the signed-in project workspace, captured this week from a live founder-operated project. Nothing here is a mockup.

Create or open a project, state a goal, and follow the working thread with your Front Person as tasks change state.
Generated documents, previews, and revision requests stay attached to the project, with the build record preserved.
Planner, builder, and checker roles, deployment, and authority modes surface as they pass commissioning. Unwired entries are labeled and disabled, never simulated.
04 · Workflow and artifact classes
Runways define how a result qualifies.
A Runway is a workflow class: its inputs, acceptance criteria, human decision points, and the receipt it must leave behind. Three are public today; the full catalogue lists what is live, demonstrated, in preview, and planned.
Governed Software Change
Bounded software change with verification, repair limits, and a documented safe stop when acceptance criteria are not met.
Decision Brief
A governed path from intent and evidence to a decision artifact with explicit authority and receipt boundaries.
Institutional Workflow Commissioning
Stand up one consequential workflow under Motor controls: policy, authority, acceptance, and evidence from the start.
05 · Product map
One governed execution layer. Four product surfaces.
Noetfield Systems Inc. holds the runtime and the governance discipline. AI Motors provide the governed execution layer behind the product. Each surface applies it to a different way of working. The full inventory lives on the applications page.
The agentic workspace: projects, goals, a Front Person, task state, artifacts, previews, revisions, and build records.

Developer surface →The governed execution runtimes behind every surface: explicit authority, bounded workers, separate verification.
Architecture →Noetfield Systems Inc.'s regulated-operations and compliance product vertical. It applies Noetfield's governed execution infrastructure to consequential financial and compliance workflows while preserving human decision authority. Public demonstrations use synthetic data.
trustfield.ca ↗06 · Real examples and public demos
Things you can open right now.
Every example below is public and real. Internal demonstrations are labeled as internal demonstrations; nothing here claims external customers or revenue.
Governed replacement
A completed governed software change on Noetfield's own system, with verification, bounded repair, and the receipt preserved.
Vendor Decision Brief
The Decision Brief runway with its sample artifact and the receipt boundary stated on the page.
TrustField Case Desk
FINTRAC case operations on synthetic data: intake, analyst review, the human filing decision, tracking, and closure.
Research packs
Governed research runs producing bounded, sourced packs with explicit scope and evidence limits.
Research Trader
A governed agent screens a crypto watchlist every morning and publishes what it rejected and why. It places no orders and holds no money; the daily refusal is the demonstration. No performance is claimed.
07 · Receipts and evidence
Evidence, not slides.
The valuable moment is not a successful demo. It is the moment the system catches a defect, repairs safely, verifies independently, and preserves why promotion was accepted.
The register of what is proven, and what is not, lives on the proof surface. A receipt is not certification.
RECEIPT · rcpt_<id> runway governed-software-change event authorized · mandate ref <ref> authority <role> · delegated limit <limit> budget within envelope artifact exact baseline <sha> executor current · fence passed VERIFICATION attempt 1 FAIL acceptance criterion 2 unmet repair 1 bounded repair applied attempt 2 PASS separate verifier verifier distinct from producing worker PROMOTION decision ACCEPTED by <human role> rationale recorded · inspectable OUTCOME accepted outcome + receipt evidence bundle written · inspectable BOUNDARY a receipt is not certification
08 · Access
Three ways in.
Open the app, build against the API, or commission one consequential workflow. The near-term ask is bounded work with clear authority and inspectable evidence, not a broad platform rollout.
09 · Current limitations
Stated plainly.
The system is live as a founder-operated alpha. No external customers or revenue yet; nothing further is claimed, and a first-party internal demonstration does not prove external adoption. Public demonstrations use synthetic or sample data. Receipts prove what the runtime observed and enforced within a stated scope; a receipt is not certification. Features that have not passed commissioning are labeled and disabled, not simulated.
