People count CRM leads and forget the inbox
WhatsApp, the personal inbox, and the spreadsheet on someone’s desktop are often the real pipeline. Count those before you buy a migration.
Pipeline versus graveyard
A pipeline has a named owner, a next date, and a message you can open later. Moving a card is not a follow-up. Four inputs. Under $3,000 a year, do not buy another CRM.
Orphans = open × (1 − owned share). Annual cost = orphans × (minutes ÷ 60) × rate × 1.3 × 48. Under $3,000, leave the CRM alone.

A follow-up is a message a human sent, with a date you can open later. If you cannot replay that, you have a graveyard.
